super duper tired
today's training was funFUNFUNfun. ok i think you get my point, but it was a lil tiring considering the fact that i slept at 1am
last night[p diddy ft keyshia cole. lol], sacrificed my beauty sleep for econs. anyway we were playing the new and improved version of poison ball during training, so fun till i fell on my butt. ok, normally i was one of the last ones standings, but today was different la. maybe it's the people you play with and the opponents you're up to. went for tution as per normal after training and almost dozed off. zzz anyway time for bed alrdy. just wanted to blog abt how dog tired i am today. haha (mission accomplished!)oh and tons of tutorials are still waiting for me. zzz
Pesta Sukan Carnival 2007
cancelled and postponed to next sunday due to the rain and thunder. pretty much expected that when we reached serangoon interchange. headed back to sch for some translation competition finals organised by nyjc and lianhezaobaob to encourage bilingualism. surprising thing was lt4 was quite filled up lest for some empty seats here and there. it was quite exciting and wasnt the least boring as i thgt it wld be. results became predictable ever since the end of round1. went for kfc for lunch after the decision was made to postpone the carnival. ate lunch with the whole team for the very first time. had some funny encounters too. then went home and here i am.
oh yes. yesterday. was wayyyy down on my luck. okay the six of us normally play a game which i duno how to spell after eating which wld determine the person to keep the plates. normally i wld lose, because i happened to operate on a different logic. then we changed to open numbers yesterday. thgt i wld stand a tiny weeny chance but was damn suay la. end up i lose again. i think fate likes to pull tricks with me lo. ... ... go peddle your own papers la. hahaha learnt it frm the translation competition just now.

im tuning in to 91.3fm while typing this particular entry. and Umbrella by Rihanna just so happens to be playing. anyway, had gp test today with no early notice not that we cld actually mug for it, but still... no xin li zun bei for it. caught a extremely disgusting video during common lunch earlier smth abt the "lifestyle" of broiler chicken in some foreign country. fortunately i had lunch before that. my appetite got completely ruined after the video which supposedly supposed to encourage less meat consumption. anyway gtg alrdy Prison Break starting soon. :/

if there's any prize or recognition ever ever given for the noobiest person, i'll be sure to get it man. who else can manage to sprain one's ankle/leg while doing warm up. not that it matters what we were doing for training on monday, but to set the record straight, we were doing short sprints. okay it all started and ended when i was anxious to chiong that last few laps, while making a turn, super pro or rather me the noob sprained my ankle/leg. well, practically slacked off the whole training which i felt super guilty for. and monday's training was rather fun! !!! anyway, thanks loads for the concern my teammates showered on me.
so, went to school in slippers today. saw quite a lot of my teammates and they being so ever concerned/compassionate/caring, asked about my foot. lectures flew past (but not as fast as light; 3.0x10^8; ok the not very funny physics supposed-joke lol). even physics lecture. was actually feeling quite accomplished after it even. nice feeling. look forward to having more of than in the near future. haha
anyway i just came home from the poke-needles therapy aka acupuncture session. intially, it was rather freaky and scary (imagine having needles in inserted into you :O), but it turned out alright, not as freaky and painful as i thgt it wld be. then i was msging chuyan and shuxin abt me going for acupuncture. chuyan being the nicer one, said comforting stuffs which include her aunt saying it was like ant bites; and she herself always get poked by safety pins. shuxin that evil one, msged me twice asking if i was alrdy in the midst of suffering. (P.S. shuxin if you're reading this, THANKS A LOT AH.. AND I WROTE YOUR NAME TOO! hahahaha) all in all, i had only 3 needles inserted into my leg.

nice date. apparently no one paid any extra attention to it.
class gathering in the evening tmr. steamboat-ing.
plently to do this weekend. economics, maths, chemistry. we even have assignment for pe la. ... ...
anyway, needless to say lots had happened this week. everything is a juggle bacause in my memory, neither time and space exists. hence in no particular order: got team slippers, thgt i lost my bottle, found my bottle, forgot to bring my hp, got back chi results. this week has really gone past real quick without me getting anything done, as usual. oh man. gulit is smth i always have on my conscience. anyway midyr results were pretty average. with lectures going on (and on and on and on... ... this is a result of ultimate boredom lol. not very funny actually.), always feel like dozing off during lectures. no idea as to why but obviously smth has to be done. the short term solution is me having to plug into my zen neeon. however as much as there are solutions, there are limitations to them. for one, the space in zen neeon is seriously !@#$. two, i need faster songs, songs with a faster beat to tune into so i wouldnt doze off. siianzxxz. now i type like a twit because im bored. lol
i just realised the only time i get sufficient or aplenty rest is during weekends which durng that same period i have to compete against time to chiong my tutorials. man, time is a more constraint for me than land is to sg can. sighs.
a normal weekday for me wld only accrue to 5.5hr of slp sometimes less. thats like so sad and pathetic pls.
oh and i just realised, every single time in this week, when i thgt my luck has changed for the better, fate decides to prove me wrong. as if by setting me back on purpose. what doesnt kill me doesnt necessary make me stronger.
whose stupid idea was that. noobshit. wrong time, wrong place. anyway there wasnt even a need for that now, esp at this current time. gad la.

went out with nigel to catch transformers again.
reached there abt an hr late lol.
managed to get only first row seats. lucky i saw the movie alrdy.
anyway. got back all of midyrs results except econs and chinese. what a drag. speaking of chi, had oral last tues. ....... whats to say. definitely glad that its over now.
argh dun feel lik blogging alrdy.

LIVE EARTHthe concerts for a climate in crisis.
that brings me to smth, what right do we have to destroy Nature?...
i started watching LIVE EARTH on ch2 at 7pm sharp. to my disappointment, the struck of familiarity only came at say 8plus with Linkin Park on the screen. they made up for it by performing around 5/6 songs in total. in between, i was busy switching channels from one to the other. caught a little of Chicken Little on ch33. dear Rihanna only came on screen at around 11pm. lucky she performed 4 songs. 2 of which are my current faves: Shut Up And Drive and Umbrella. Boy, you have just got to appreciate her and her achievements. She's only like what 19. anyway, i off-ed the TV right after Rihanna left the screen. I was doing my part, in a bid to save electricity.
ANSWER THE CALL lol. overall, the LIVE EARTH concert was rather disappointing... but the efforts was commendable as so to speak of. banding people across countries for the same cause using music. a pity not many think this way, otherwise, efforts at saving the Earth wld no doubt bear more fruits.
