small world it is.

you'll be surprised. but you'll never know until you actually experience it first hand. queer. maybe if the world is a cube instead of sphere, there wouldn't be that much of coincidences.

procrastination in progress

verb (used without object)
1.
to defer action; delay: to procrastinate until an opportunity is lost. –verb (used with object)
2.
to put off till another day or time; defer; delay.
3.
to postpone or delay needlessly.

"Everyone procrastinates. We put things off because we don't want to do them, or because we have too many other things on our plates (how true) . Putting things off-big or small-is part of being human. You can tell whether or not you need to do something about your procrastination by examining its consequences. When your procrastination leaves you feeling discouraged and overburdened, however, it is time to take action (really?). If you think you are a hopeless procrastinator, take heart! No one is beyond help. The fact that you procrastinate does not mean that you are inherently lazy or inefficient. Your procrastination is not an untamable beast. It is a habit that has some specific origin, and it is a habit that you can overcome. For most procrastinators, however, there are no quick fixes (indeed) . You aren't going to wake up tomorrow and never procrastinate again. But you might wake up tomorrow and do one or two simple things that will help you finish a little earlier or with less stress. Procrastination and perfectionism often go hand in hand. Perfectionists tend to procrastinate because they expect so much of themselves, and they are scared about whether or not they can meet those high standards. Procrastinating guarantees failure, but it helps perfectionists maintain their belief that they could have excelled if they had tried harder. Another pitfall for perfectionists is that they tend to ignore progress toward a goal. "

LOL

1. An elderly woman died last month. Having never married, she requested no male pallbearers. In her handwritten instructions for her memorial service, she wrote, "They wouldn't take me out while I was alive -- I don't want them to take me out when I'm dead.

2. In the hospital, the relatives gathered in the waiting room where their family member lay gravely ill. Finally, the doctor came in looking tired and somber. "I'm afraid I'm the bearer of bad news," he said as he surveyed the worried faces. "The only hope left for your loved one at this time is a brain transplant. It's an experimental procedure, semi-risky, and you will have to pay for the brain yourselves." The family members sat silent as they absorbed the news. After a great length of time, someone asked, "Well, how much does a brain cost?" The doctor quickly responded, "$5,000 for a male brain, and $200 for a female brain."
The moment turned awkward. Men in the room tried not to smile, avoiding eye contact with the women, but some actually smirked. A man, unable to control his curiosity, blurted out the question everyone wanted to ask: "Why is the male brain so much more?" The doctor smiled at the childish innocence and so to the entire group said, "It's just standard pricing procedure. We have to mark down the price of the female brains, because... they've actually been used!"

very very random observation. make that 2

haha it has just came to my recent attention, how entertainment or rather animae in this context has evolved. visual entertainment has become the key factor at attracting attention. as some of us may have already realised, animae these days have erm females who are superbly developed/enhanced with respect to their fronts. besides the point that these characters usually provide much additional laughter to the main plot, are they really necessary and do-withouts? while im pretty sure that most viewers see them as harmless jokes from a mature point of view as i do, but surely there are some who don't.(?)

have you ever wondered how you're able to make decisions? like sometimes you just know this is the right choice or path for you. or sometimes just acting on impulse. surely theres some complex science that can explain this. hmm strange to come to think about it. are there times when you dread a certain something, but you still go for it and do it nevertheless? its like your body acting against your mind. but ultimately losing the battle against the big C in our head, Conscience. how does our minds really work? strange but intriguing huh. and somehow unbelievable that we actually evolved from monkeys or any other specie of the tree climbing/branch swinging, hairy animal.

2 more days of hols remaining. why does time flies?

busybusybusy. haven been doing much so far, not mentioning any touching of lecture notes. j1 level camp is finally over! overall it was a rather boring, butt numbing, more of self high experience. oh man. dragon is all the way behind. got to pull it up the ranks man. and soon. heard from winnie that last yr's was much more fun and hands on. anyway got to know our new classmates. met up for mac breakfast in sch with each of us dao paoing from a convenient mac. was quite successful. wahaha and it was all my idea. haiz sian mass lecture will start at 8 on monday. netball.. according to coach, there's gg to be another selection for a div. duno if i shld jump for joy or sigh in sorrow. andandand, one thing for sure, im abt to suffer through hell once more because apparently coach decided to repeat the fitness test. no wonder they say no pain no gain. just rmbred a funny incident on wed after netball. Haha seniors got rather high in the toilet after changing, a few of us left a step earlier and i switched off the lights in an attempt to quiet things down. lol i bet they still haven figure out who's the culprit. then they end up doing the oie! cheer which in turn aroused the attention of the tennis players outside. imagine what they thgt was happening in the girls toilet. haha

Many seek the truth not because the truth is lost, but because they themselves are.

Netball is a masterpiece. haha that was random. ohohoh. and before i forget. im in 0721, Dragon. kinda sian since i got transferred to another hse when my previous hse was winning. so -.- looking on the bright side, at least dragon stands for power! so not too bad still. haha i shall bid goodbye here and find myself a new victim to prey on to feed my boredom. lol
