The Rich & The Famous - Hall4 D&D '09
Firstly, HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY RYUJU!
Next, apologies for being MIA. But uni life is indeed some say alike to a whirlwind. (Maybe it's just me.) Once you get swept in, it simply goes on and on, momentum increasing and increasing. (Nah it's not just me.) Really. Last last sat, i went for my hall production @ NAFA. This most recent sat was D&D. Anyway, since the title is D&D, of course the main focus for this entry is D&D.
29 Aug; Hall 4: D&D '09 - Carlton Hotel
Since i didn't go for ny's, this d&d really brought back nostalgic memories of my very first one, the one i attended at sec4. Goodness. Worlds apart can. No exaggeration. Definitely no comparison. Just imagine Serangoon Gardens CC and Carlton? Please. And no, it's not the inner bimbo talking. Sheesh. And comparing the photos now and then, uh it really shows a great disparity between ahem the me now and the me then. Seriously. Just ask meiping. Hahah from secondary buds to roomies. Some things go full circles, don't they? Anyway i won't be showing any sec4 prom pics. Too embarrassing please. You shall have to find out yourselves but meanwhile you just have to trust me on my word. (Thank goodness facebook wasn't invented then!)
Didn't really take a lot of photos cos i was too lazy to bring my own. But heh i'm waiting patiently for peeps to upload theirs on fb. It has really been great fun. Although now i'm pretty certain that d&d no matter its venue, serves at most mediocre food. Now i feel like joining D&D committee on top of OMC. Hahaha
3 weeks of school, technically 2 weeks for me and 2 weeks of hall life, cos i had mc for the first week, feels really long. And it's been really busy. Really. I mean not mentioning the 2nd week of distraction where everyone got their own notebook from the IT fair @ NTU with free wireless. Ya. Really. Also, getting used to the timetable also takes some knack, while tutorials have been faithfully piling up.
Anyway, for those who are wondering what this person is babbling about? Here's what. Said person is currently enrolled in NTU (great sch really! With super vibrant campus life. And i swear it's not propaganda!), MAS Year 1 (Mathematical Sciences, Maths for short but you have got to agree that MAS sounds way cooler.) While there have been cute guys around, sadly yours truly remains unattached. Hahaha lol. I shall endeavor to update this bloggie (sounds like boogie huh?) whenever i can.

For this successful d&d; kudos to pretty sis for almost everything; the makeup, hairstyling, and the dressing. Without her, obviously i wouldn't look the way i would in the images above. The devil on my right shoulder, for persuading me to purchase the 55$ d&d tix and outconvincing the angel on the left that it would be worthwhile. My mom, for assisting, and for waiting up.
