the more i learn, the less i know

Seriously. Sociology is making me question everything I ever took for granted. Okay not everything everything per se, but things that I thought were just how things work.

On the topic on gender inequality. Equality is almost a preposterous idea, more than an ideology than fact, even though there is much to be said about the progress made after the famous feminist movement(s) in 19th century, that changed education as an institution and thereby. Still, why do men get to decide what's what and the last say. So blatantly unfair but it's not like women can do anything to shake it up and not have any ill-effected ramifications upon them.

Ageism, sexism, racism. More than just discrimination. Did you even know that? Discriminatory-ism is a form of discrimination on an institutional level. We're talking about way more than just those bad color jokes.

Needless to say, I find it a bit scary for an elective module to rock my world, not necessarily in a good way. And the timing really, cannot be more impeccable seeing how exams are in oh-another-12-days to go.

E-learning week has been a disappointing bust with productivity level in ups and downs in a daily cyclic manner. It's like day1 good productivity and day2 slack away, day3 pulling up the reins, day4 chill and relax and on and on.

A bit terrified for Spanish listening tmr. Shucks.

Dios. God. Madonna. Mon dieu. Do i get extra points if I know God in several languages?

This sem is going to end on a happy note. I swear.

What took you so long
What took you all night
What took you forever to say I'm right.

90s classic. Never go wrong with retro.
